Metadata Workshop Materials: Printing Directions for PowerPoint Presentation Slides
These printing guidelines are suggested ways to print this document to maximize the aesthetic appeal. You may choose to print these documents in a way that best suits your particular situation. However, the "Instructor Guide" materials and the "Participant Materials" sections are designed to be printed from PowerPoint, and as such need to be printed in the following manner:
- Open the PowerPoint presentation
- Select Print from the File menu
- When the print dialog box appears, go to the bottom left portion and find the drop-down tab labeled Print what:
- To print the instructor notes, choose Notes Pages
- To print the participant notes, choose Handouts (3 slides per page)
- Click OK to begin printing
